Homemade Dog Treats

Before I had a child, I had 4 legged children. I was one of those puppy parents who would spoil their dog rotten. While I still try, I’m sure my dog would attest it is not on the same level since my son arrived.

One of her favorite (and might I say easiest to make) treats are these puppy popsicles. You came make them from ingredients you probably already have around the house and they store in your freezer very easily.

So if you’re looking to give Fido a little something special give these a try.

Puppy Popsicles

1 cup Peanut Butter

3 containers low fat plain or vanilla yogurt

1 mashed Bananas (or jar of banana baby food)

Paper cups

Milkbones

Mix peanut butter, yogurt, and bananas in a bowl. Spoon in to paper cups. Place Milkbone halfway in mixture. Freeze. Then just peel the cup off the treat for your dog to enjoy!
